This stampset is called “The Gangs All Meer” and features this adorable Meer Cats. This stampset reminds me of some of the characters from Disney’s The Lion King movie..
I incorporated the use of the Woven Threads trim in a unique way to add the look of tassels hanging down from the stamped image.
