Terrific Tuesday Video! Floating Re-inker Technique - SO FUN playing with Ink!

Hi everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter, I know we sure did, I thought I would share a picture with you of our girls from Easter.  They are growing up so fast!  Natalie, my oldest daughter is 12, and Claire is 9.  It was so nice seeing them both dressed up!  It isn't too often that we get Claire in a dress.

Today is Tuesday, which means it's time for another TERRIFIC TUESDAY VIDEO!

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE MY EMAILS YET, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR, JOIN MY MAILING LIST TODAY!

The winner of the pack of doilies for commenting on last weeks video is - CATHY WILLIAMS!!  Up for grabs this week is a bolt of the vanilla satin ribbon. All you have to do is join my email list and/or comment on my video to have your name entered.

Today I chose to share with you another technique referred to as the floating re-inker technique.  This is a FUN and relaxing way to play with ink!  Remember that every Tuesday there is a give-a-way.  You have a chance at winning simply by joining my mailing list or by commenting on my video.

Here are pictures of the cards that I made.  The fun in this technique is watching the colors spread onto the paper. If you enjoy water coloring this is definitely a technique for you! Keep in mind I did not use any orange ink on these flowers, I only used melon mambo and daffodil delight.

Check out my video for all the details regarding this technique:

Here is the complete list of products that I used to make this card:

  2. Such sweet looking girls. My sister and I are 3 years apart in age, too, and I remember always getting a new pair of patent leather white shoes for Easter. We are turned around from your girls, though, as I (the oldest) am the one to favor pants and comfy clothes. I think they'll both grow up just fine--we did!
